Centrifugal pump shaft for pump valve fittings

Oct 10, 2018

The centrifugal pump shaft is an important component in centrifugal pumps and plays an important role as the core component of the centrifugal pump rotor components. The impeller and bushing of the centrifugal water pump are mounted on the pump shaft of the pump valve fitting, and then rotated on the bearing through the pump shaft, so that the centrifugal force can be used to increase the outlet pressure.

In practical applications, if the pump shaft of the pump valve fitting is bent, it will cause vibration of the centrifugal pump and wear of the spare parts, so it is generally necessary to ensure that the pump shaft cannot be bent during assembly or overhaul. Once the bend is found, it should be straightened in time and replaced if necessary.

At present, depending on the type of the centrifugal pump, the size of the pump shaft of the pump valve fittings is also different. The material of the pump shaft is generally 45# steel, 2Cr13, 3Cr13, 40Cr, and the like. In order to ensure the quality of use, the pump shaft of the pump and valve parts produced is often required to be straightened, and the hardness can only be stored or shipped after being qualified.http://www.pump-casting.com/
