Temperature conditions and connection requirements for mechanical finishing

Jul 20, 2018

Mechanical finishing The elastic clamp is effective to some extent, including a frustum-shaped elastic claw uniformly spaced apart from the upper periphery thereof, and is characterized in that a diameter adjusting block is movably connected to the top surface of each claw head. The elastic jaw base is connected to the connecting block.

The top surface of the mechanically finished connecting block is provided with a concave platform at the center of the elastic claw base, and a pull rod through hole and a fixed through hole are respectively formed in the concave table, and a pull rod is connected to the center of the elastic claw base, and the lower part of the pull rod passes through the connection. A tie rod through hole in the block recess. In use, the connecting block is fixed on the machine tool through the fixed through hole on the connecting block, and the pull rod is pulled down, the elastic claw is elastically deformed, and is contracted inward to clamp the workpiece. By changing the different diameter adjustment blocks, it can adapt to the use of different specifications of the workpiece, the application scope is large, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.

Mechanical finishing is effectively divided into cold working and hot working according to the temperature state of the workpiece to be processed. It is generally processed at normal temperature and does not cause chemical or physical phase change of the workpiece, which is called cold working. Generally, processing at a temperature higher or lower than the normal temperature causes a chemical or physical phase change of the workpiece, which is called thermal processing. Cold machining can be divided into machining and pressure machining according to the difference in processing methods. Thermal processing is commonly used for heat treatment, forging, casting and welding.
