The lost wax casting of heat-resistant customized castings includes two types, solid molding and ceramic shell molding. The latter is an improved method of the former. When casting the workpiece, we need to bake the casting mold first, remove the water vapor and prevent the explosion from splashing by increasing the mold temperature. Baking will use a blow lamp or red iron to operate, to prepare for the drying of the paint. Pay attention to cleaning the casting mold, push the asbestos pad, lock its front cover, and put the nozzle on.
After the pouring of the heat resistant customized casting is finished, in order to get the refined grain structure, there is proper water spray cooling. Pay attention to the temperature and time control, to avoid affecting the thickness of the paint. It should also pay attention to maintaining related safety performance when operating.
