Technical Key Points

Ø In order to get a better slagging effect, set larger risers and increase pouring temperature appropriately. In normal situation, WCB carbon steel at 1570℃ -1580℃, stainless steel at 1580℃ -1590℃.

Ø pouring speed: in the case of ensuring smooth gas discharge from the cavity, higher pouring speed can be used; pouring operation requirements: after casting, as soon as the castings solidified, remove the pressure iron and box, to reduce the casting shrinkage resistance and avoid cracks and flaws.
