Technical key points:

Ø hot sections of valve plate casting during pouring are very concentrated, do not place the risers dispersedly, big risers must be placed at the top of two-axis holes for feeding, and exhaust risers be placed far away from the main risers.

Ø Put cold iron blocks at the hot sections at the bottom of valve plate, it can help the risers solidify in sequence to enhance the risers’ feeling effect, at the same time, increase production rate and reduce casting cost.

Ø In the premise of ensuring a large cross-sectional area, a reduced and steady flow rate, no spray of molten steel which may caused secondary oxidation, the runner should be as thin as possible to reduce the suction area of the runner. The thickness of the inner runner should be less than 0.7 times of the wall thickness of the casting, and the width of the runner should be more then 4 times of the thickness, which is more favorable for the slagging and cleaning of the molten steel.

  A: Yes, we can produce OEM parts according to our casting drawing and machining drawing.  

2. What is the delivery time of pattern, casting parts and machining finished parts?

  A: In general, pattern making time is 20-40 days base on the design of the parts, sample making time is 20-30 days, machining finished parts lead time is 40-60 days. The lead time will vary base one different design and weight of the parts, please contact us for details.

3. What kinds of physical and chemical testing you can provide?

  A: The physical and chemical testing we provide include:

     Ø chemical composition testing

     Ø physical property testing:hardness test,Tensile performance testing, room temperature impact testing, low temperature impact test
